Oregano leaves pakoras with mint chutney - पुदीने की चटनी के साथ अजवाइन पत्ते के पकोड़े

Hi , I made a small video about very famous Indian cuisine on YouTube. I tried to explain it through three doshas in Ayurveda. There was a time when Ayurveda , the art of living , was respected by every Indian citizen but it is not like that anymore just like some may know the benefit of eating beetroot but there are very few people who use beet leaves also for making dishes. Ayurveda cooking not only evolved cooking methods but also Indian cuisines to make a balanced or nutritious dish.

That famous cuisine is know as pakoda or bhajiya . Basically you have to mix gram flour with some spices and vegetables then just deep fry it and yeah pakodas are ready. Pakodas with pudina chutney is  very delicious and popular combo.

This entire creation is made up of five elements and each person is influenced by three different doshas which are permuted from it. These are vatta means movement , pitta means digestion and assimilation and kapha means structure of body. All three doshas are present in every person but also every person is dominated by one or two dosha. We should maintain these three doshas for a healthy lifestyle. Oregano and mint leaves both are recommended for pitta dosha.
